Day Eight: Dublin ☘️
For our final day in Ireland, we headed first to revisit the Guinness Storehouse . We went 10 years ago and they’ve made so many cool updates since then. One of our favorites was at the display about the water they use for the beer. Steve will try to attach a video of it that because it was a waterfall that they somehow made look like the Guinness harp and bottles. Our feet were wearing out, so we took a taxi to the Taste of Dublin . Our Chicago friends should know there wasn’t a turkey leg or Eli’s cheesecake in sight. We had a brisket spring roll, African chicken and rice, and pasta arrabiatta with buratta and cheese. Very bougie for a street fair! From there, we wandered over to Trinity College to get Katey a new t-shirt from there. We caught the tram back to our hotel.
